Leigh Sports Village Arena is the region’s premier artificial grass sports complex, open seven days a week for the people of Leigh and beyond.
Following a major £1.2 million redevelopment of the Arena, the facility now features ten top-quality pitches that can be adapted for full-size or six-a-side games. These pitches meet all the standards set by FIFA, the International Rugby Board, and the RFL, thanks to cutting-edge artificial turf technology – offering you the chance to play on the same surfaces as the professionals.
Our partners Leigh Leopards and Manchester United Women’s Academy also use our professional facilities for training and matchdays. We also have a partnership with the local rugby league club Leigh East located at the arena where they train, host match days and events in their club house. Starting from u7s, to u18s, Masters and Open Age team, the club has over 200 members that attend.
